We have recently migrated to a brand new website! This is likely the reason you cannot log in to your account. When we switched over, we sent out a re-activation email to the email you had on file with us. If you are unable to find this email, and know that you have an account with us, just shoot us a note via the contact form!
If you have the activation email, or if you have reached out and we have sent you another activation link, all you have to do it click the "activate" link, enter a new password on the left of the screen twice, then click "activate" on the right!
